If you go with a low-cost seasonal installer and own your own lights, you'll spend less for the first several years. We'd rather tell you that than pretend otherwise. Permanent lighting makes sense when you want the house lit more than six weeks a year, and when you're tired of scheduling it.

Install Season Ends Before Christmas Does
Permanent lighting is installed by screwing channel into your soffit, which means it has to happen before Denver's weather turns. To guarantee installation before the holidays, book by November 15. After that we schedule as weather allows, or book for spring.
