Is this the same as holiday Christmas light installation?
No. Seasonal Christmas light companies hang temporary bulbs in November and take them down in January — you pay every year, and the lights only work for six weeks. Permanent lighting is installed once, stays on your house year-round, and functions as both architectural accent lighting (warm white or dim gold every night) and color lighting for holidays, game days, and seasons. The hardware is built to last 10+ years.
Will my Aurora HOA approve this?
In almost all cases, yes. The aluminum track is color-matched to your fascia and essentially invisible from the street during daylight — which is the main thing architectural review committees care about. We provide technical documentation for your application. If your specific HOA has questions, we'll help you address them before the install.
How long does installation take?

Buying direct from Govee or Amazon means you pay retail — no installer markup — and your warranty is with the manufacturer, in your own name. Our quote covers professional installation, the commercial aluminum track system, wiring concealment, app setup, and the walkthrough. On the Signature path, we supply everything — lights, track, and labor — in one installed price.
What happens if a bulb fails?
On the Govee path, your lights carry a manufacturer warranty held directly by you, in your own name — since you bought them, your warranty is with Govee, not us. That's a better deal for you than going through a middleman. On the Signature path, coverage is confirmed in writing on your quote. If you'd like us to come out and do the physical swap of a bulb, we offer that as a service call.
