We review aerial measurements and send your coverage and price in writing. We confirm the Govee model and kits before you order, showing installation and track plus your separate light purchase.

We explain the mounting and wiring plan before installation. Color-matched aluminum track, concealed wiring, tidy transitions, and app setup are part of the finish.

What you pay us for

  • Labor + SnapTrack channel: $18–$21 per linear foot, installed. Complex rooflines with many connector breaks price toward the top of the range.
  • $1,250 job minimum — strict, no exceptions.
  • Weatherproofed junction box(es) included on every install, no add-on charge.
  • The lights themselves are not in our price — you buy those directly and keep Govee's full manufacturer warranty in your own name.

Every Govee kit ships with plastic mounting clips that screw or stick to your fascia. They're fine hardware for a DIY weekend — but the lights and wiring stay visible in daylight, and plastic weathers through Colorado's freeze-thaw cycles, hail, and UV exposure.

Do I buy the Govee lights, or do you?

You buy them directly from Amazon or Govee — we tell you exactly which kit and how many feet before you order, and there's no installer markup. Our price covers the aluminum SnapTrack channel, hardware, weatherproofed junction boxes, wiring concealment, and installation labor.

How do you quote without visiting my house?

Remote quoting is our default: you send a few photos of your home, we measure your roofline from aerial imagery, confirm details over text, and you get a formal written quote — usually the same day. We confirm the coverage and price in writing before any work is scheduled.

Can you install Govee lights I already own?

Yes — if it's one of the compatible models above, we can install lights you bought last month or lights that have been in the garage since Christmas. Already clipped them up yourself? We can take them down and re-install them in channel.

Whose warranty covers what?

The lights carry Govee's manufacturer warranty, since you bought them and own them. The SnapTrack channel and installation workmanship are on us.

Will my HOA approve permanent Govee lights?

In almost all cases, yes. The channel is color-matched to your fascia and nearly invisible from the street in daylight — which is what most architectural review committees actually care about. Many HOAs that reject visible clip-mounted lights approve channel installs.
